Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped dried apricots
- 1/2 cup roasted almonds, roughly chopped
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp almond butter
Steps
- Line an 8×8 pan. Mix oats, almonds, apricots.
- Warm almond butter with maple syrup, pour over dry mix.
- Press firmly, chill 30 minutes, slice.
